I will fill this is a little later.  I just wanted a place to post some firsts..

test.jpg This is the first (actually second) images taken with the pi cam.  The first was upside down, and for some reason I didn't hang on to it.

video.mp4 This is the first video I made from the pi cam.  It was created as a .h264 file, then I used ffmpeg to convert it to a .mp4 file.  Knocked the size from 20.6Meg to 1.8Meg.

nighttest.jpg I found there are settings I can use to help do night images.  This was my first attempt, and you can tell it didn't go well due to the led.  I have since turned it off and will try again.
